Note: personal data transfers to Japan benefit from the EU–Japan adequacy arrangements and related agreements that facilitate lawful data flows between the EU and Japan.

Typical retention: enquiries and quotes - up to 2 years; client project files and invoicing - up to 7 years for accounting/tax compliance (or local statutory period); marketing opt-ins - until you unsubscribe.
